Collin Rogers News: Battling for starting kicker

Rogers and Sam Keltner are competing for SMU's starting placekicker role for Week 3 at Missouri State, Billy Embody of On3 reports.

Rogers held the primary placekicking role, but he has opened up competition to Keltner after missing three of his first four field goal attempts this season. At the very least, the former is a perfect 12-for-12 on extra points, though may not be enough come Week 3.
