Dallan Hayden Injury: Unlikely to play in season opener

Hayden has a hand injury that will cause him to miss a couple of weeks, and he's unlikely to play against Georgia Tech on Friday, Scott Procter of DNVR Sports reports.

Hayden appeared to be healthy for most of Colorado's training camp, but it seems he went down with a hand injury in the latter half right before the start of the season. The junior running back being out a couple weeks makes him doubtful for the Buffaloes' season opener versus the Yellow Jackets. Whether he returns after this week is unknown, as being inactive a couple weeks could end up meaning a lot of things.
