Damari Alston Injury: GTD for Week 3
Head coach Hugh Freeze said Monday that Alston (shoulder) will likely be a game-time decision for Saturday's game against South Alabama, Justin Ferguson of AuburnObserver.com reports.
Alston suffered a shoulder injury during Auburn's season opener and was held out of their Week 2 matchup against Ball State. The tailback will attempt to practice this week in hopes of suiting up against South Alabama, but his availability is up in the air. Jeremiah Cobb led the Tigers in carries in Week 2 and would likely do so again if Alston can't play Saturday.
