Deuce Alexander News: Standing out in camp
Alexander has been a standout performer for Ole Miss during camp, according to Ben Garrett of On3.com. "Deuce has had a great camp," head coach Lane Kiffin said. "He's looked electric, dynamic, what we'd seen on film. They didn't throw him a ball very much, but we could see on film a guy that, if we had him, how much we'd want to give him the ball. He's got great work ethic and in phenomenal condition. Really, those top receivers are in great shape mentally and physically, both. So we've actually backed off of them a little bit from prevention of injuries."
Alexander joined the Rebels following two seasons with Wake Forest and had a solid year, catching 36 passes for 400 yards and a pair of touchdowns for the Demon Deacons in 2024. Based on what he's showing in camp, he seems ready to have a breakout campaign in the SEC with the Rebels.
