DJ Lagway Injury: Out for scrimmage, in drills

Lagway (leg) did not play Florida's team scrimmage Saturday but participated in seven-on-seven drills then, Zach Abolverdi of On3.com reports.

Lagway out for Florida's latest scrimmage meant that fellow UF quarterbacks Harrison Bailey and Aidan Warner logged QB snaps then. But considering that Lagway participated in seven-on-seven drills Saturday, he remains probable as the 2025 Gators prepare for their season opener, now less than three weeks away -- Aug. 30 against LIU.
