Donavon Greene News: Makes splash plays

Greene notched three receptions (on five targets) for 94 yards during Sunday's 24-11 defeat against South Carolina.

Greene caught passes of 32, 37 and 25 yards during Sunday's season-opening loss, pacing Virginia Tech in receiving yards while finishing second in targets and receptions. The Wake Forest transfer looks to be locked in to a key role in the Hokies' offense and has established enough trust with Kyron Drones to be on the receiving end of deep passes. Greene caught 23 passes for 380 yards and three touchdowns last season with the Demon Deacons.
