Drake Lindsey News: Two rushing scores in victory

Lindsey completed 26 of 39 passes for 197 yards during Saturday's 23-20 overtime win over Michigan State. He also had five rushes for negative five yards with two touchdowns.

While Lindsey failed to find the end zone through the air, he scored a pair of touchdowns on the ground to help secure the victory for the Golden Gophers. The 6-foot-5 quarterback found the end zone on a two-yard scamper at the end of regulation to send the game to overtime before crossing the goal line on a three-yard run to win it in OT. Lindsey will hope to build off this performance when the Golden Gophers travel to face Oregon following the team's upcoming bye.
