Drew Mestemaker News: Will cede some snaps Saturday

Mestemaker will cede some snaps to Reese Poffenbarger in Saturday's game against Lamar, Brett Vito of the Denton Record-Chronicle reports.

Mestemaker won the starting quarterback role earlier in August, but head coach Eric Morris said Poffenbarger will play on Saturday.
