Edwards (ankle) is cleared to play Friday's game at Arizona, Pete Thamel of ESPN.com reports.

Because of an ankle injury, logged during Week 0 against Iowa State at Dublin, Edwards did not play two games. Fortunately for the running back, a third DNP is not immediately required. Cleared at Arizona, Edwards can record his 2025's first stats Friday. While in Dublin, he logged only one snap, a non-run play. During 2024, Edwards recorded 74 carries for 546 yards (7.4 averaged per carry) and five touchdowns. The running back also logged 19 receptions (on 35 targets) for 133 yards and two TDs.
