Gevani McCoy News: Shares first-team reps with Simon

McCoy and Evan Simon split their time under center for Temple's first-team offense Monday, 247Sports reports.

According to an earlier post by 247Sports, Temple's head coach KC Keeler made the possibility of McCoy edging out Simon a legitimate one. He continues to acclimate quickly and impress in fall camp. McCoy will have just under three weeks to do a complete 180 on Temple's quarterback position just before the 2025 Owls begin their regular season at Massachusetts on Aug. 30.
