Ian Schieffelin News: Charge dismissed, still out

Schieffelin had his recent DUI charge dismissed but will still sit out Clemson's upcoming game Saturday against LSU, Derrian Carter of The Greenville News reports.

Via his legal attorneys, Schieffelin released a statement saying that he accepted a traffic ticket for reckless driving as the replacement for his previous DUI charge. As part of the resolution for the matter, he will still miss Clemson's season opener Saturday.
