Jackie Marshall Injury: Uncertain status for Week 2

Marshall (ankle) is day-to-day and uncertain to play in Week 2 against SMU, head coach Dave Aranda told Luke Hubbard of SI.com.

Marshall suffered a high-ankle sprain and left Friday's loss to Auburn in the early stages of the contest. The day-to-day status suggests a final decision on Marshall's status will be made closer to Saturday's 12 p.m. ET kickoff, and it wouldn't be surprising if he ends up being a true game-time decision this weekend.
