Jacquon Gibson News: 132 receiving yards in blowout

Gibson tallied 12 receptions (on 20 targets) for 132 yards during Saturday's 42-10 defeat against Temple.

UMass went down early and had to play catchup for the entirety of the game, which was beneficial for Gibson's usage. The redshirt senior wide receiver had eight more catches than the next highest on his team and 102 more receiving yards. This inflated stat-line likely won't stick against a better matched team, but Gibson showed that he's able to compete no matter the circumstances.
