Simpkins recorded nine carries for 84 yards and one touchdown and caught all two targets for five yards during Saturday's 38-20 win over South Alabama.

Simpkins led the Chanticleers backfield with nine carries on Saturday. Simpkins ran for his second touchdown of 2025 with a 24-yard score in the fourth quarter. Through four weeks, Simpkins has recorded 193 rushing yards on 34 carries.
