Jaxon Potter News: Could lose starting role

Washington State will hold a quarterback competition between Potter, Zevi Eckhaus and Julian Dugger this week leading up to Saturday's game against Washington

Potter has served as Washington State's starting quarterback in each of the team's first three games, but after throwing for 139 yards and three interceptions in a blowout loss to North Texas in Week 3, the team will open up a competition. Potter accumulated 465 passing yards and four touchdowns without an interception in his first two appearances of 2025.
