Jayce Brown News: Strong start in loss to Cyclones
Brown had four receptions (on eight targets) for 78 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-21 defeat to Iowa State.
Brown also added two rushing attempts for 29 yards as he was one of the best playmakers on the field on Saturday. Kansas State's star running back Dylan Edwards hurt himself right away on a muffed punt which put much more responsibility on QB Avery Johnson to make plays with his arm. He did just that with a strong second half, including a touchdown to Brown. Look for Brown to have a productive season in Kansas State's offense in 2025. They'll play an easier opponent in North Dakota next week.
