Noga is transferring to Washington State, per Ryan Harlan of the Beavers Edge.

Noga will join the cougars after having hauled in 23 passes for 266 yards during the 2024 campaign an Oregon State. The 6-foot-2 receiver has one year of eligibility remaining.
