Jeremiyah Love News: Doubles his output in loss

Love saw his carries more than double against Texas A&M with 23 attempts for 95 rushing yards and one touchdown in the 41-40 Notre Dame loss to the Aggies on Saturday.

Irish coach Marcus Freeman admitted that the team did not use Love enough in the opener against Miami (10 carries for 33 yards). The junior also caught four passes for 53 yards and a touchdown against Texas A&M. Notre Dame takes on Purdue on Saturday, Sept. 20. The Boilermakers rush defense is in the top 60 in the nation but gave up 179 rushing yards to USC last week.
