Jevon Jackson News: Listed with two co-starters

Jackson is listed as a co-starter on UAB's opening depth chart with Solomon Beebe and Isaiah Jacobs, per UAB writer Steve Irvine.

Jackson has the most production of any of his co-starters, as he's coming off a 191-carry, 754-yard, four-touchdown performance with UTEP in 2024. The season prior, at the FCS level, he had an even bigger season, amassing 1,373 yards and 10 scores on a whopping 252 carries. Jackson clearly has experience being a workhorse back, but it appears as if the Blazers are going to divvy up their backfield work to begin the season. Still, expect plenty of carries for the former Miner.
