J'Mari Taylor News: Listed as starter

Taylor is listed as a starter for the Cavaliers' upcoming game Saturday against Coastal Carolina, Jacquie Franciulli of 247Sports reports.

During the Cavaliers' fall camp, Taylor split first-team reps with Xavier Brown, so they made it clear that the former would at least be in the running to be their primary running back. If Taylor does estbablish himself as RB1, he would have the best chance to replicate his 2024 FCS season, which features over 1,000 rushing yards and 15 total touchdowns.
