Jordan Lyle Injury: Misses blowout with injuries

Lyle was banged up ahead of Saturday's 45-3 win over Bethune-Cookman, which contributed to him being inactive for the matchup, Adam Lichtenstein of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Lyle's absence from the blowout win was a mystery at first, but it makes more sense now as he was dealing with some lingering injuries. The sophomore running back will now have under a week to get back to full health before the Hurricanes take on South Florida at home on Saturday.
