Allen recorded 28 carries for 145 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in 3 of 4 targets for seven yards during Saturday's 25-24 loss versus Iowa.

The Nittany Lions would have.been blown without Allen, who was the team's offensive engine by a wide margin. Allen continues supremacy over the team's backfield amid Nicholas Singelton's struggles, but the offense will face a tall order when they face Ohio State after the bye week.
