Keagan Johnson Injury: Not playing Friday

Johnson (undisclosed) is out for Friday's game against UCLA.

The nature of the injury is uncertain, but losing Johnson is a huge blow for New Mexico's passing attack since he's the team's best receiver by a wide margin. His absence will open the door for players such as Isaiah Blair, Shawn Miller and maybe Xavier Van to see more targets. Johnson's next chance to play will come against New Mexico State on Saturday, Sep. 27 after the bye week.
