Ky Woods News: Catches long touchdown
Woods tallied three carries for 40 yards and hauled in his only target for 47 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 14-13 loss to Middle Tennessee State.
Woods didn't see a lot of action in the run game, as he was out-carried by both Herschel Turner and Caleb Ramseur. However, the redshirt junior showcased his big-play ability in the second quarter, breaking free for a 47-yard touchdown reception to open the scoring. Woods could eventually carve out a larger role in the Wolf Pack's offense, though he only totaled seven carries for 25 yards in eight games last season.
