Malik Rutherford Injury: Practicing ahead of Week 2

Rutherford (undisclosed) is partaking in practice ahead of Georgia Tech's clash with Gardner-Webb, per SI.com.

Rutherford was reportedly back at practice Wednesday and Thursday, which is a great sign for the starting wideout's availability after he was forced to leave the Yellow Jackets' opener against Colorado with an undisclosed injury. His status remains a little murky, especially since the extent and nature of his injury is unclear, but if he's on the practice field he's likely not far removed from suiting up Saturday.
