Matthew Hibner News: Listed as starter

Hibner is listed as a starter for SMU's upcoming game Saturday against Texas A&M-Commerce, Billy Embody of On3.com reports.

Hibner will look to build on his breakout 2024 season, during which he logged 24 receptions for 368 yards and four touchdowns. Even though RJ Maryland provides SMU strong depth at tight end to possibly counteract Hibner, the Mustangs list him as a wide receiver, so they could make it work with using both of them together.
