Johnson is trending towards drawing the start Saturday against Clemson, per Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com.

Johnson stepped in during the Tar Heels' loss to UCF with starter Gio Lopez knocked out of the game due to injury. With the latter looking less and less likely to play, Johnson looks like the starting gunslinger for Saturday. In Week 4 against the Knights, he completed 11-of-19 passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.
