Michael Van Buren News: Set to resume throwing

Van Buren (hand) will resume throwing the football at practice for LSU on Wednesday, per Scott Rabalais of The Baton Rouge Advocate.

Van Buren was spotted with a split on his right hand at LSU's practice Monday, but Tigers' head coach Brian Kelly spoke to reporters Tuesday and said that the backup quarterback jammed his finger but will throw the ball in practice Wednesday, meaning it's a very minor ailment for the Mississippi State transfer.
