Omari Evans Injury: Expected to play vs. Wazzu

Evans (undisclosed) is expected to play in the Apple Cup against Washington State, per Andy Yamashita of the Seattle Times.

Evans has yet to play this season. The Penn State transfer, who reeled in 21 catches for 415 yards and five touchdowns last season, figures to slide into the Huskies' starting receiver rotation upon his return, which, barring any setbacks, appears to be slated for Week 4 in a bitter rivalry game against Washington State.
