Robby Ashford News: Still in QB competition

Wake Forest's head coach Jake Dickert has still not made his decision at quarterback between Ashford and Deshawn Purdie, Conor O'Neill of Rivals reports.

Since the spring, Ashford and Deshawn Purdie have been in a positional battle to be Wake Forest's starting quarterback. There is just over a week to make a final decision before the 2025 Demon Deacons begin their regular season against Kennesaw State on Aug. 29.
