Roderick Robinson News: Works with first-team offense

Robinson worked with the first-team offense as the Bulldogs prepare for their season-opener against Marshall, Jordan Hill of 247Sports.com reports.

Robinson has been a beneficiary of a banged up backfield as Illinois' transfer Josh McCray (undisclosed) continues to work his way back to full health. The 6-foot-1 redshirt sophomore will look to work in behind Nate Frazier and McCray this fall, possibly leveraging his 235-pound frame in short-yardage situations.
