Shomari Lawrence News: Rushes for 49 yards

Lawrence ran 17 times for 49 yards against Marshall on Saturday. He also caught three passes for 23 yards.

Missouri State got its first win as an FBS program, but Lawrence didn't play a big role. Averaging 2.9 yards per carry against a Marshall team that got gutted by the transfer portal doesn't wow, and Lawrence is one of the Bears players who was an FBS guy last season. On the other hand, nobody has threatened Lawrence for carries just yet.
