Skyler Locklear News: Locked in battle for starting gig

Locklear remains one of UTEP's top two quarterbacks in fall camp and is seemingly leading the battle, Bret Bloomquist of the El Paso Times reports.

Locklear and Malachi Nelson continue to duke it out for the starting job in camp, but the most recent reports indicate Locklear may be nudging ahead.
