Terrell Washington News: Back to practice, expected to play

Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz said Tuesday that Washington is practicing this week and should play in Saturday's game against Minnesota, David Eickholt of 247Sports.com reports.

Washington was left off the injury report ahead of Iowa's Week 8 contest but never saw the field. However, the sophomore tailback looks to be a full go for the Minnesota game, along with fellow running back Jaziun Patterson. Given the Hawkeyes' wealth of running back talent, it'll be tough for Washington to etch out a significant role.
