Tucker Ashcraft Injury: Won't play vs. Miami (OH)

Ashcraft (lower body) will sit out the opener against Miami (OH), per Jesse Temple of The Varsity Collective.

Ashcraft was deemed out for fall camp in mid August, and head coach Luke Fickell told reporters Monday morning he doesn't know how long his injury will carry over into the regular season, only that he won't be available for Week 1. In his stead, Lance Mason and Jackson Acker are listed as co-starters at tight end for Wisconsin.
