Waymond Jordan News: In the run for lead role

Jordan is expected to be a big contributor out of the backfield in the upcoming season, Hayley Sawyer of The Orange County Register reports.

Jordan transferred in from Hutchinson Community College after a productive 2024 season in which he totaled 218 carries for 1,614 yards and 20 touchdowns. The junior running back has also been observed participating in drills with special teams and could find himself in a versatile role during the 2025 campaign. With the departure of Woody Marks to the NFL, the 5-foot-9 running back is expected to be take on a major role in the Trojans offense.
