Zane Flores Injury: Not starting QB vs. Cincinnati

Flores (shoulder) will not be the Cowboys' starting quarterback for their upcoming game Saturday against Cincinnati, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.

Regardless of whether or not Flores is available against Cincinnati, his statistical upside for Week 8 does come with a likely limitation. Sam Jackson, despite his Week 7 struggles, remains the Cowboys' preferred QB1 going into their upcoming game. The Big 12's updated availability report can determine whether or not Flores can come off the bench Saturday.
