Rob Henry

Henry missed last season to injury but returns in 2012 hoping to see playing time. The redshirt sophomore actually saw the field often in his 2010 freshman season, attempting 162 passes, but he was most effective with his legs. He ran for 547 yards in 11 games while averaging 5.3 yards per carry. Because of that, coach Danny Hope will probably use Henry in a running role, coming in to replace starting quarterback Caleb TerBush when Hope feels running plays are most necessary. The fact that there is a quarterback rotation in place for Purdue takes away from Henry's overall fantasy value.

Henry is one of the more intriguing sleeper prospects at quarterback this year. As a redshirt freshman he threw for an unimpressive eight touchdowns to seven interceptions, but his 547 yards and four touchdowns as a runner (5.3 yards per carry) illustrate the high fantasy upside going forward. When he has easy matchups, Henry could put up some very big fantasy numbers thanks to his ability to run.
