Jerome Lane

ANALYSIS
The uber-athletic Lane came to Akron as a linebacker in 2014 but converted to wide receiver for his sophomore year. It was a smooth transition for the 6-foot-3, 220-pounder as he led the team in receiving yards with 782 while averaging a whopping 20.05 yards per reception. He continued to progress as a junior, reeling in 62 receptions while serving as the team's primary deep threat. Given that he has only played receiver full-time for two years at the collegiate level, he'll likely be considered a bit raw coming into the next level. However, Lane has shown the tools to be an NFL receiver and his big frame makes him an intriguing prospect heading into draft season.
