Flacco will transfer from Rutgers to Towson, James Kratch of NJ Advance Media reports.
ANALYSIS
Flacco spent his first two collegiate seasons with Western Michigan before transferring to Rutgers following his sophomore campaign. However, after sitting out last season due to the NCAA's transfer rules, Flacco will once again be on the move after it was clear he'd be buried on the depth chart behind fellow signal callers Artur Sitkowski, Giovanni Rescigno and Johnathan Lewis. As a result, Flacco will now head to Towson, where he'll be eligible to play immediately for the FCS program. Flacco, brother to well-known NFL quarterback Joe Flacco, will have two years of eligibility remaining with Towson.
