Look for Carroll, a Mississippi State transfer, to start for Florida International this year. He's unlikely to be productive, or at least not any better than Paul McCall was last year, but he's definitely better than Wayne Younger, his competition. Carroll is only worth keeping an eye on in Sun Belt-only leagues.
