Rolandan Finch

Finch emerged as Boston College's top running back last year, emerging from an early-season backup role to eventually lead the team with leading all Boston College running backs in yardage (705) and rushing average (4.5 YPC). He'll see significant competition from Andre Williams for carries, but Finch looks like the better player and Williams has had some durability troubles. Finch is a must-own in ACC-only leagues and is worth drafting in most other formats, too.
