Willie Carter

Carter isn't really a running back at all – he's a receiver or tight end in Tulsa's spread offense – but Tulsa classifies him as a running back rather than a receiver. Although he had just 13 carries in 2011 for 62 yards and two touchdowns, Carter was often Tulsa's best receiver as he caught 61 passes for 868 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games. Carter would be ranked higher if his 2011 quarterback (G.J. Kinne) were still around. The team will break in Cody Green as starter this year, and it's not clear whether Carter will be able to maintain his past receiving numbers.
