Kai Locksley
QuarterbackQB
UTEP Miners
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Locksley did a bad job throwing the ball in 2018, managing three touchdowns against nine interceptions. And yet he was primed to be the starter in 2019, mostly because of his ability to do damage with his legs. Locksley rushed for 311 yards and six touchdowns in 2018, even though he shared starts and snaps with two other quarterbacks. There is a looming issue with Locksley's potential, though. He's facing serious legal issues after being arrested, and is currently suspended. It's possible Locksley will miss the start of the season, and possibly even be cut from the team. That would leave Brandon Jones as the de facto starter for the Miners, for better or worse. Read Past Outlooks
Throws TD

October 20, 2019
Locksley went 7-for-12 for 117 yards and a touchdown against FIU on Saturday. He also rushed 11 times for 66 yards.
ANALYSIS
Once again, Locksley shared time under center with Brandon Jones. He led the team in rushing, but his passing numbers are largely lackluster, even if he can do damage with his legs.
