Ty Storey
QuarterbackQB
Western Kentucky Hilltoppers
2018 Fantasy Outlook
Storey will battle redshirt sophomore Cole Kelley for the starting job this season. While Kelley is a physical specimen, Storey is a tad undersized for the position and has barely seen the field for the Razorbacks. However, Storey may fit new coach Chad Morris's RPO offense better than Kelley, so expect both quarterbacks to see the field early on in 2018. Storey is a redshirt junior with only one completed pass on his resume, but a new system means the chance to start on the same playing field as Kelley. Read Past Outlooks

Storey has enrolled at Western Kentucky, he announced via his Instagram account.
ANALYSIS
Storey is entering a young quarterback room that already holds Davis Shanley and Steven Duncan, who each played substantially last season while senior starter Drew Eckels was out with a shoulder injury. However, neither of those two played impressively in their action as they combined for 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions for 2,013 yards in nine games, so there's a crack in the depth chart for Storey to possibly sneak in and earn the starting role in his final season of eligibility. For his part, Storey is coming off a 2018 with Arkansas where he completed 57.2 percent of his passes for 1,584 yards with 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
