Heading to Utah
Brewer (shoulder) announced Sunday that he will join Utah in 2021 as a graduate transfer from Baylor, Steve Bartle of 247Sports.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Brewer was in the transfer portal for about a week before settling on Utah as his next school. Assuming they don't take advantage of the NCAA granting all players blanket waivers for the 2020 season, seniors Drew Lisk and Jake Bentley will end their collegiate careers, leaving Utah thin at quarterback entering 2021. Brewer thus becomes the most likely option to step in as Utah's No. 1 quarterback next season after he was a four-year starter for Baylor, compiling a 65:28 TD:INT over that span.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
The Bears ranked 34th in the nation at 6.4 yards per play and Brewer was a big reason why with his play-making ability. The dynamic quarterback ended the season on a tear with multiple scores in four of his last five games, including 493 total yards (384 passing and 109 rushing) and three scores versus Vanderbilt in the Texas Bowl. Baylor's offense should be even better in 2019 which means Brewer could have a huge fantasy year.
