Finds new landing spot

Lowe announced Monday that he is transferring to Southern Mississippi after earning his degree from West Virginia.
ANALYSIS
Lowe hit the transfer portal in February and now with a degree in hand, he'll be immediately eligible whenever play begins at his new school. Southern Mississippi belongs to Conference-USA, which plans to move forward with the season as of Aug. 10. If that is ultimately the case, Lowe will have the opportunity to compete for playing time.
