Four catches in Rose Bowl
January 1, 2020
Pittman caught four passes for 30 yards in the Rose Bowl win against Wisconsin on Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Pittman managed to be his team's second leading receiver despite his meager output as the Wisconsin defense effectively shut down Oregon for most of the day. But Oregon got on the board when it mattered most, thanks in large part to the running of quarterback Justin Herbert. Pittman saw increased playing time in the game thanks to the absence of Jaylen Redd (personal reasons). Pittman finishes his freshman year with 18 receptions for 227 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He'll look to grow his role next season when Oregon looks to defend its conference title.
