Andrew Maxwell

The Kirk Cousins era over in East Lansing, it's time for Maxwell to take over. The junior quarterback rarely saw the field playing behind the revered Cousins the last two seasons, compiling only 51 pass attempts (and completing 29 of them) in that span. Maxwell won't be a major threat on the ground, but as a pocket passer, he could put up legitimate numbers in a passing offense that threw the ball 32.2 times per game last season. He might not be as relevant outside of Big Ten-only leagues, however.
