Austyn Carta-Samuels

Carta-Samuels is the presumed started heading into August, largely thanks to his previous two seasons as the starter at Wyoming. As a Cowboy, he was a bigger fish in a small pond, and that talent didn’t translate into scintillating results. How his game translates to the SEC is a huge question, but he’s got some dual threat capabilities as evident by his 578 yards rushing over two seasons at Wyoming. He’s got the pieces around him to succeed, but there will likely be large speedbumps along the way, if not some time observing from the sideline.
